FLOYD MUTRUX (Director/Writer/Conceived by) is the co-author/director of the Tony nominated Broadway production of Baby It's You! and co-author of the Tony winning Million Dollar Quartet. Apprenticed at Alley Theatre, Houston; Second City, Chicago; studied in NY while working at Second City and attending Columbia University; in Los Angeles, created, wrote, directed or produced 50 films in 25 years: American Hot Wax (Best Picture, Direct, Village Voice, etc.), Scarecrow (Best Film, Cannes), Hollywood Knights, Urban Cowboy, The Untouchables, American Me, Freebie and the Bean, Up in Smoke, and Dick Tracy. With his wife, Birgitte, created a rock 'n' roll Field of Dreams, Moon Over Memphis.

NORIKO OLLING WRIGHT

NORIKO OLLING WRIGHT (Musical Director/Keyboardist) Keyboardist, vocalist, arranger and composer all rolled into one petite but powerful body!! Originally from the city of Kanazawa, Japan, this exotic musician displays versatility of her musicianship in all of her work. Classically trained from 5 years old and graduated from Jinai Music Collage in Japan and the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles. She has performed/ toured and/or musical directed for some of the biggest artists in the U.S. and abroad including Chaka Khan, Patti Austin, Gladys Knight, Natalie Cole, Teena Marie, Richard Street - former lead singer of The Temptations, Sam Moore of “Sam & Dave,” etc. She has also composed and produced nu merous projects. including the motion picture Top Of The Pyramid (2011). She scored the movie, as well as being co-producer on the soundtrack. She is also working in conjunction with Lori Jaroslow on the upcoming musical Project Baby, as one of the main composers.

LEIGH ALLEN (Lighting Designer) is a recipient of the Los Angeles Drama Critics' Circle Award for Career Achievement in Lighting Design. Accolades include: the Garland award for Cousin Bette, the LA Weekly Award for Treefall, Ovation/ Production of the Year for Killer Joe, GLAAD Award for Like A dog on Linoleum, Macy Award for The Secret Garden, and the LADCC and LA Weekly awards for Johnny Got His Gun. She has also designed for Princess Cruise Lines, Regent Cruise Lines, Opera Santa Barbara, Musical Theater West, South Bay Civic Light Opera, Deaf West, Anteaus Theater Co., South Coast Repertory, The California Youth Theatre program in LA, and many more.

RONN GOSWICK (Production Stage Manager/ Associate Producer) Over his work in the theatre for the past 20 years Ronn has had the good fortune of working with many of the community’s best professionals in all areas including producers, directors, designers, actors and fellow stage managers. His productions include over 150 from his work with TUTS in Houston, American Musical Theatre of San Jose (San Jose Civic Light Opera), Pasadena Playhouse, Musical Theatre West, San Jose Stage, San Diego Rep, Berry Gordy, the Luxor Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, the Hollywood Bowl (LES MISERABLES starring Brian Stokes Mitchell, Lea Michelle and John Lloyd Young) and the Pasadena Playhouse run of the Broadway hit production of BABY IT’S YOU. Ronn has been involved with and is passionate about working on new musicals some of which include the London production of the Gypsy Kings - ZORRO THE MUSICAL, BABY IT’S YOU, the musical adaptation of THE OUTSIDERS and currently on THE BOY FROM NEW YORK CITY opening at the Coast Playhouse in West Hollywood on October 11, 2012.

BIRGITTE MUTRUX (Choreography) Birgitte choreographed last season's Tony nominated Broadway production of Baby It's You!, a position she also held at the Pasadena Playhouse (NAACP Theatre Award - Best Choreography). She also choreographed Million Dollar Quartet in Florida. Birgitte grew up in Oslo, Norway, where she studied dance and theater. For the last decade, she has collaborated on several projects with her husband, Floyd, mainly the American Pop Anthology, a series of biographical musicals telling the story behind the music that changed the culture of America and the rest of the world.

ANDY HAMMER (Scenic Designer) is an award winning multitalented, scenic designer. Now playing, are his designs for Three Sisters at PCPA Theaterfest and The World Goes Round at the Actors CO-OP in Hollywood. Other recent designs include Slow Dance in Midtown at the Whitefire Theater(with Tom Buderwitz) Glory Days at the Elephant, My Fair Lady (San Diego Critics Circle award best set design) Beehive, Breaking Up Is Hard To Do, 42nd Street, The King and I, Take Me Out, Missalliance, The Heiress and many many more. Besides being a successful theatrical designer Andy is also a Production Designer for Music Videos, Art Director for feature films, and a very accomplished scenic artist, leading hundreds of theatre, tv, film and commercial projects, as well as painting on the 84th Annual Academy Awards, Whoville at Universal Studios, the restoration of the Pantages Theatre and much more

LIZZ WOLF (Costume Designer) received the 2010 Stage Screen LA Award for Excellence in Costume Design for her work on Baby It’s You! which played at the Coast Playhouse and the Pasadena Playhouse. Film credits for costume design include: The Expendables, Rambo and Suspect Zero. Other film credits include A Single Man, 3:10 to Yuma, Dreamgirls, The Black Dahlia, Alexander, The Rules of Attraction, abandon, Spy Games, Traffic, King of the Hill and Heathers.

NICHOLAS SANTIAGO (Video Designer) has recently completed his MFA in Scenic Design at UCLA’s School of Theatre and his video designs have been seen in USC’s production of The Tempest, Forget My Name, Fortune is a Woman, and On the Town. He has also worked at CSULB on Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and UCSB on How I Learned to Drive. He currently teaches middle school tech for Crossroads School in Santa Monica.

MICHAEL DONOVAN (Casting Director) is the recipient of 6 Casting Society of America Artios awards, given for Outstanding Achievement in Casting. Credits include shows produced at Pasadena Playhouse, the Hollywood Bowl, La Jolla Playhouse, the Kirk Douglas Theatre, Shakespeare Festival/L.A., International City Theatre, Ebony Repertory Theatre, the Falcon Theatre, the Colony Theatre, the Celebration Theatre, The Theatre @ Boston Court, Laguna Playhouse, Ensemble Theatre of Santa Barbara, the Intiman Theatre, Arizona Theatre Company, the Cleveland Playhouse and Kentucky Shakespeare Festival. Tours include Aida, Buddy, Peter Pan and the currently-playing How To Train Your Dragon. TV credits include the new series Blood Relatives. Numerous films and over 1,200 commercials.

MORGAN ZUPANSKI (Assistant Stage Manager) is a recent graduate of California State University, Los Angeles. She received a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Dance and promptly started working full time as a stage manager after her graduation. She has been very blessed and is enjoying every opportunity. Previous credits include: PA on Hairspray at the Hollywood Bowl, PSM on the John Lion New Plays Festival 2012 at the Luckman Intimate, PSM on Dog Sees God, SM on She Loves Me at CSULA State Playhouse, ASM on One Night Only 2012 at the McCallum Theatre, and ASM on Rain After Ash at the Pacific Asian Museum.

DEE DEE IRWIN (Box Office Treasurer) is thrilled to be back with Floyd and American Pop Anthology, having been part of the original Baby Its You team. Recent shows include Eric Idle’s What About Dick (Treasurer/Orpheum Theatre), Blues for an Alabama Sky and Twist (Associate Producer/Pasadena Playhouse), Dangerous Beauty (Assistant Producer/Pasadena Playhouse), John Leguizamo’s Ghetto Klown (Treasurer/Montelban Theatre), Back to Bacharach and David (Marketing and Treasurer/Music Box Theatre). For the past 18 years, Dee Dee has served as the Treasurer for Paley Center for Media’s annual PaleyFest, currently serves as the Treasurer for the Wadsworth and Brentwood Theatres, and spent 10 years as the Treasurer for the Coronet Theatre.

ASHLEY MUTRUX

ASHLEY MUTRUX (Producer) was born and raised in Los Angeles to eccentric parents in the entertainment business. At the age of five, he landed a recurring role in the hit series Dynasty. After boarding school, he spent four years working at Carsey-Werner and ICM, while attending film school at UCLA. Needing a change of scenery, he left and opened a chain of successful high end boutiques in Scottsdale, Arizona, which spanned a decade. Ashley moved back to Los Angeles two years ago to work on Baby It's You for it's Broadway run, where he was Assistant Director. He is currently an executive at American Pop Anthology, which continues to churn out hit after hit.
